I’m Julia, a teen who’s living la dolce vita… that’s right, the fit foodie life is the best, and I’ve made it my goal to show you why. See, imagine eating truly mouthwatering food for every. single. meal. But not getting fat. In fact, getting toned and slimmer. And then, being the only one not rushing to google searching “how to lose 20 pounds in one day” once summer rolls around… ok, at least not more than once. As a teen, this sounds more like a fantasy than anything right? But I’m here to show you how you can make your friends jealous of not only what amazing #instagramworthy food you’re eating, but how you look and feel Beyoncé level flawless.

Stay tuned, and see for yourself, but I’m not kidding when I say friends and family have started raving over my healthy versions of dishes more than the normal versions! Victory! …Until you realize all of your food is suddenly gone and there’s one too many guilty faces staring back at you from the dinner table. Basically, it’s shocking how food actually tastes better healthy when you know how to prepare it right. And even more, it’s so much more simple! Forget endless recipes with confusing ingredients, directions, and hassle! Teens, listen up. Because I’ve unlocked the key to how we can easily be fit, eat the best food, and love it!

    Julia! This was such a fun and great post! I think you hit home when about how so many teenage girls resort to fast fixes – “Getting that summer break bod” – by eating so little calories. It’s important for teenage girls like us to provide enough nutrients and energy for our body to function and grow! I’m looking forward to what your blog has in store!
